Preamble

We believe that technology was created to serve humanity and the planet, not the other way around. We stand at the cusp of a new era where blockchain and artificial intelligence can solve global problems, yet too often, their potential is wasted on creating speculative bubbles detached from reality.

Qrism.space was created to change this.

This document is our constitution and foundational version (v1.0). In the future, it can be amended or changed only through the EAO voting procedure, which guarantees its evolution in accordance with the community's will. For now, it serves as the operating system for our EAO and the ethical compass for our AI Guardian. Any action or proposal that contradicts this Manifesto will be considered invalid.

Principle I: Reality First

We build products for the real world. Any project or initiative within the Qrism ecosystem must have a measurable, positive, and Real-World Impact (RWI).

• In practice, this means: We do not create "solutions in search of a problem." A proposal to clean a real river will always take priority over a proposal for a virtual metaverse event with no real-world outcome. The AI Guardian will reject any proposal that lacks a clear connection to solving a tangible problem.

Principle II: Products, Not Speculation

The value of our ecosystem and the $QRISM token is derived from working products that generate real utility and revenue. Our economic model (via the buyback mechanism) directly links the success of our products to the value of the token.

• In practice, this means: We will not engage in "tokenomic games" or airdrop farming schemes designed solely for short-term hype. The AI Guardian will reject proposals whose primary goal is price manipulation rather than product development.

Principle III: Transparency as Technology

We use blockchain and AI not to create complexity, but to enable radical transparency. Our processes, from the verification of events to voting in the EAO, must be as clear and auditable as possible.

• In practice, this means: Treasury financial reports will be public. The results of AI verification will be available for audit. EAO votes will have public confirmation. The AI Guardian will reject proposals that seek to obscure information or reduce the ecosystem's transparency.

Principle IV: Sustainable Growth

Every decision must be made with its long-term consequences in mind. We prefer stable growth over short-term gain. This applies to the treasury, the health of the community, and the impact of our products on the world.

• In practice, this means: We will not sacrifice the long-term health of our community for short-term growth metrics. The AI Guardian will reject proposals that suggest irresponsible spending of the treasury or introduce predatory monetization mechanics.

Principle V: Community as a Key Advisor

$QRISM token holders are not just users or investors; they are key advisors in building the ecosystem. Our EAO model is designed to ensure their voices are heard and have real weight. In practice, this means: We are committed to providing the community with complete information to make informed decisions. The AI Guardian will reject proposals that infringe upon the rights of token holders or attempt to bypass the established EAO procedures.
